In the first printing since 1977, Dorothy Bonavia-Hunt’s acclaimed sequel to Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice returns to publication. Mrs. Hunt's Pemberley Shades was originally printed in 1949 by EP Dutton in New York and Allan Wingate in London. It was reprinted in 1977 by a small press.

This edition includes a forward by the editor, Marsha Morman.

A portion of the proceeds from this book goes to a non-profit group that funds research into treatments for autoimmune disorders such as Addison’s Disease, which Jane Austen suffered from over the last years of her life.
